Or, you have the capacity but don’t feel that you would be able to reach a specialist or niche pool of candidates, many of whom will be passive candidates who would not respond to an advert.
Using our retained selection service, we work with you exclusively and manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end. This is a very collaborative way of working and in exchange for not competing for the same candidates we offer a very competitive fee. This approach ensures that you are able to appoint as we continue the campaign until a preferred candidate has accepted an offer. We are also able to be completely upfront with who our client is (all our advertisements are fully branded and pre-approved) and this results in a more productive, attractive campaign. The fee is divided into portions and invoiced in stages throughout the process. The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
