To provide a high level of customer service to all candidates from the point of registration and through the full recruitment process.
To develop and manage client relationships to generate assignments for the organisation to take forward.
To develop results forecasts, tracking performance and embedding a culture of achievement and continuous improvement leading to consistent and strong growth for the organisation.
Confident ability to communicate the benefits of working with The Right Ethos by phone and in person with first class relationship building, networking and client development abilities.
A strong personal commitment to providing a high quality front line service to all The Right Ethos’ clients and candidates.
High quality verbal and written communication skills with a persistent and respectfully assertive approach.
