Digital Organiser/Campaigner
Location: Any TUC office with the ability to travel to Congress House, London as required.
Salary expectation: £44,228
This is a full-time role
Grade 6, plus £6,154 London weighting allowance

The TUC is looking for a brilliant digital organiser/campaigner to support union campaigns to win change for working people.
We need someone to join our team and support unions using digital tools and technology to win campaigns and grow their membership.
Applications are encouraged from organisers or campaigners who may not consider themselves digital or technology experts. Training and support will be offered in using the TUC’s toolset and digital organising methods.
We are open to secondments from unions or progressive organisations.
What experience, skills, knowledge and understanding do you need?
• You’ll be bright, talented, and excited to support our unions to grow and win
• You’ll be passionate about campaigning and organising for social change
• You’ll write beautifully, get how unions win and be willing to train others in how to best use digital in their work
