 The organisation

Freedom for Animals work with the community, local authorities and national governments to challenge all animal captivity. Through a combination of undercover investigations, research, campaigns, grassroots activism, political lobbying and education, our work for animals focuses predominantly on issues affecting those individuals held captive in circuses, zoos and aquariums, as well as those used in the television and film industry, live animal displays and the exotic pet trade


The role

To lead the campaigns strategy and oversee the successful delivery of the resulting activities.

To be responsible for the overall day to day management of FFA including line managing the team to maximise the campaigning success of the organisation.

To be the public face of Freedom for Animals and able to communicate and market our campaigns and take the organisation to future successes.


The candidate

An experienced campaigner, someone who has a strong passion for animal protection, seeking to lead and run an organisation that aligns with their values.

A good understanding of operations, fundraising, financial management and governance.

A leader who is clearly impact and outcomes focused.
