The role:

To recruit, develop and retain supporters to take action and campaign

To oversee the strategic objectives and the resulting activities to create support in order for the advocacy and influencing work to take place more effectively.

To lead, develop and line manage two officers.

The candidate:

Successful experience public campaigning and online activism – from strategy, to activity implementation and analysis & learning.

Proven experience of cross-organisational working and also working effectively with external partners.

Excellent digital knowledge and experience of what tools to use to achieve various objectives.
