The role:

To lead a programme of quality research. Including using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies all to feed into the public policy and campaigning goals of the organisation.

To plan and manage research projects and evaluate the results.

To co-ordinate a research forum to share research findings across the sector with other partner organisation

The candidate: 

Experience of designing projects using quantitative research methods designing and using statistical tests and ensuring results validity.

Excellent knowledge of data analysis software including SPSS.

Experienced in carrying out qualitative research including face to face interviews, focus groups, sampling and surveys
