Internal Communications Lead

Location: Cardiff

Salary expectation: £25,000 to £30,600

Victim Support is an independent charity for people affected by crime in England and Wales. We work towards a world where there are fewer victims, but those who are have stronger rights, better support and a real influence in the criminal justice system.

Victim Support is looking for an Internal Communications Lead to provide an effective internal communications service, to lead the strategic development of key communications channels and to produce content designed to engage internal audiences.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of managing multi-channel internal communications, have excellent digital skills, be able to write compelling and engaging copy, have experience of using, managing and developing intranet systems and have excellent interpersonal skills.
