Retail Marketing Manager

Location: London

Salary expectation: £35,000 to £42,000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager with a passion for all things retail to lead our Retail Marketing Team. With an excellent understanding of the principles and practice of marketing communications, understanding of brand and retail know-how, you’ll lead the marketing strategy for our 590 charity shops.

We’re looking for a retail marketing manager to…

  • Develop and redefine Cancer Research UK’s retail identity, helping us to communicate with a younger audience.
  • Deliver the strategy for our Premium Store upgrade and store refresh program.
  • Manage, coach and motivate the marketing team to execute first-class, innovative integrated marketing campaigns to drive footfall, increase stock donations and recruit volunteers.
  • Support key community-focused activations to help support fundraising and marketing’s strategic aims

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing shifting priorities
  • Your passion for all things marketing and the value it can bring to CRUK
  • Experience of stakeholder management across multiple product teams
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of retail, POS, social media and multi-channel campaign management
