The role:

To provide reports and analysis of data relevant for the donor engagement team. This includes making proposals to help grow income.

To report by creating KPIs, performance monitors and spotting trends.

To create system to feed data into the database and extract results out to allow for high quality tracking.

The candidate:

Experienced in using various social media analytics and Google Analytics to monitor responses and trends.

Experience in data analysis in general and specifically with Facebook.

Experience in either working within individual donor focused fundraising team or in digital marketing.
