Surviving a stroke is just the start of a long and gruelling recovery journey. Over the next two years we will be expanding our emotional support to help stroke survivors engage with their recovery, influencing the health system to improve access to quality rehabilitation, and going further to inspire partners and supporters to help drive change.

Making that happen depends on our people understanding where we’re going, feeling connected to our purpose, and being able to contribute their knowledge, ideas and expertise.

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement Lead to help us make that possible.

You’ll be joining us at a time of change, with an opportunity to work alongside colleagues to shape how we communicate, connect and engage across our UK-wide, remote charity.

We want to move beyond internal communications being something a central team delivers for everyone else. We want to build the relationships, habits and capability that help our leaders and teams communicate well, make sense of change and have meaningful conversations.
