£350-600 per day – 2-3 days per week – ongoing contract

The role

To create a proactive media strategy together with responding rapidly to opportunities and urgent situations.

To work with the two founders to identify research and campaigning ideas.

To develop and maintain relationships with journalists and package stories that tackle the opposing views.

The candidate

A successful history of turning evidence into national media coverage that affected the public debate and contributed public policy change.

Experience of working on controversial stories and able to rebut the organised opposition.

Proven ability to create newsworthy hooks, moments and stunts to generate appropriate and positive coverage.
