Colin has a vast amount of experience in campaigning and public affairs in high-profile consultancy, public sector and charity roles with a strong track record in developing policy and campaigning on a range of issues. Colin previously worked at Mind as a Policy & Campaigns Manager and at Which? as a Senior Public Affairs Officer.
Jonathan previously worked campaigns including Amnesty International, Liberty and the World Development Movement, which gives him a unique and broad insight into how campaigning organisations work and the type of people that work within them. Jonathan has a dedicated, committed and pragmatic approach to his work. He takes care to provide added-value to his service to clients past and present.

Tess is a voluntary sector trainer and consultant providing advocacy and campaigns advice, campaigns strategy development and monitoring and evaluation services to not for profit organisations or ethical for profits – national, EU and global. Tess’ Particular expertise is political intelligence and has provided NGO staff training and mentoring

Ryan was previously a Research Fellow for the Think Tank the Social Market Foundation and part of the team that won Prospect Magazine’s Think Tank of the Year in 2012. At the SMF, he authored ten research papers and designed innovative policies on childcare, welfare, public service reform, higher education and health.
Former Liberal Democrat MP, a charity leader, lecturer and social worker in the UK. Her former roles include Chief Executive of Action on Hearing Loss where she led the change of strategic direction, messaging and re-branding. She led the RSPCA through a time of structural, cultural and legislative change and has also been Chief Executive of Womankind Worldwide where she implemented a robust monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy and a new organisational strategy.
