Or, you have the capacity but don’t feel that you would be able to reach a specialist or niche pool of candidates, many of whom will be passive candidates who would not respond to an advert.
Our Solution:
Using our retained selection service, we work with you exclusively and manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end. This is a very collaborative way of working and in exchange for not competing for the same candidates we offer a very competitive fee. This approach ensures that you are able to appoint as we continue the campaign until a preferred candidate has accepted an offer. We are also able to be completely upfront with who our client is (all our advertisements are fully branded and pre-approved) and this results in a more productive, attractive campaign. The fee is divided into portions and invoiced in stages throughout the process.
