I am an accomplished senior manager with over 20 years experience in the public / humanitarian sector delivering operations, project and programme management for strategic initiatives. Practiced in personnel deployment, HR, office management, client management and field office set up, considerable knowledge of developing and managing personnel databases, programme finance, commercial relationships, policy and security. Plus, experience in post-conflict and insecure environments working on initiatives worldwide, deploying overseas to Afghanistan, Croatia, Dubai, Montserrat, Pakistan, Sierra Leone, South Africa, and Turkey.
