As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you’ll leverage your creativity and proficiency in copywriting and editing across a variety of digital platforms. Your mission will be to enhance our brand’s digital presence and convey our social purpose, with a focus on our brand-new website and multiple newsletters. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll also create high-quality insight reports that demonstrate our impact and identify areas for improvement.

Working within the Supporter Experience Department, you will be able to provide first class services to our supporters, staff and volunteers, providing excellent quality of administrative assistance. You’ll be able to manage a vast range of queries from our customers, assistance in managing any complaints or concerns from our supporters, respond to queries from colleagues both within the team and the wider department.

The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
