The Internal Communications Manager is a brand-new role to the Charity and will strengthen how we connect, inform, and engage colleagues and volunteers across the organisation. You will lead the development and delivery of a clear, audience-led internal communications strategy. Working closely with People & Culture and senior leaders, you will ensure communication supports organisational change, builds engagement, and brings our values to life, helping colleagues feel informed, connected, and empowered to deliver impact.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Media Officer to join our dynamic and friendly media team at Asthma + Lung UK. You will be responsible for planning and delivering media activity to support the charity to reach a mass audience, helping to land our messages, promote our services, and enhance our visibility.
This role is a contract until February 2027
The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
