External Affairs Events for Senior Staff

Since 2009, The Right Ethos has been holding events for senior staff – CEOs, Directors, Heads of Department and Managers – in External Affairs roles in the not-for-profit sector.

These events usually are attended by between 50-75 senior communications and campaigns professionals and the topics address issues that are relevant and strategic for this audience.

Our events are restricted to senior staff, as it’s felt that there are limited other options for this level of staff to come together and deliberate on shared issues.

The speakers are usually peers of those attending or leading thinkers on the campaigns and communications world in the UK.
Below you can see headline details of our previous events and if you click through you can receive more details of the speakers.

About The Right Ethos

The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
