Hunters

Not the trickiest of hunts to find us by just clicking a button – but, thanks for doing so.

It appears that you need to get out of your current role quickly. Therefore, you need to be open to roles, but don’t be too broad or brush in your hunt for a new role. Make your CV as specific to a certain type of role as possible, and try and just go after those roles. If there aren’t enough of those roles around or you have spare capacity to apply for more, then look to produce a different CV if you feel you need to go for different roles.

A good tip for making your CV reflect the roles that you are applying for is to try and use the words that are on the person specification on your CV as much as much as possible.

Please send your CV to jobseeker@therightethos.co.uk and let us know the following information that you are considering:

The types of organisation.

The names of roles.

The salary range.

One of our consultants will respond to you and let you know what the current situation is.

About The Right Ethos

The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
