5-8 candidates assessed  and selected for 7.5% of the first year salary

Our charges are transparent and straightforward – typically less than 50% of the cost of using a traditional Recruitment Agency.

Shortlist Boost is a way of working that works alongside your advertising. Adverts reach Active candidates, those who are looking for jobs (17%). Shortlist Boost can help by approaching and marketing your job and your organisation individually to Passive candidates (83%) as well.

This significantly increases your chances of appointing first time.

Shortlist Boost is a reduced service compared to the traditional way of working that recruitment agencies offer. This is reflected in the fees – only 7.5% of first year salary.

The Right Ethos’ expert consultants undertake a full, and given the time, exhaustive search of the market of candidates and aim to select and present 5-8 candidates with CVs and supporting statements.

The Right Ethos does the important part of the assignment, the search, selection and presentation of candidates. But, in order to offer this reduced fee of 7.5%, their work stops on presentation of candidates. Your staff will complete the administrative part of the process – the interview setting up and the feedback to candidates. And the bill is due at the point of presenting the candidates.

About The Right Ethos

The Right Ethos was set up after our founder, Jonathan Dearth, had worked in the campaigning sector for 13 years, for campaigning organisations including Amnesty International, Shelter, Liberty and the World Development Movement. It was set up as a response to multi-sector recruitment consultancies moving in on the charity sector, and in particular not recognising that people who work for campaigning organisations are motivated by justice and long term change.
